Best Essential Oil for Headaches

Headaches are one of the most common pains we experience. Almost everyone has had one at some point due to stress, insufficient sleep or exposure to loud noises. Luckily, essential oils can be the remedy used to assist the body to cope with the symptoms of a headache!

This could be as simple as inhaling the essential oil from the bottle or applying it to a tissue and waving it under the nose. Inhalations deliver the molecules of essential oils directly to the brain making it one of the speediest treatments. Roman Chamomile essential oil is known for its calming and anti-inflammatory abilities making it a super sweet and soothing ally when suffering from headache. To prepare the Chamomile Compress, add a drop of Roman Chamomile Oil to a small pot of warm water on the stove top and mix thoroughly. Submerge your compress cloth into the pot until soaked. Then carefully wring it out, ensuring the water isn't too hot for the skin, and place the Compress over your forehead or around your neck and feel the benefits of relaxing Roman Chamomile. Sublime!
