Using a copper tongue cleaner is easy, Just place cleaner on the back of your tongue and pull forward gently scraping your tongue. After every pull, rinse the scraper with water and repeat the procedure until you are satisfied with the results. Then rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash and follow with brushing. We also recommend following up with an oil pulling using one of wonderful oil pull products.
