A rare steam distilled liquidambar essential oil. Does not have that strong "plastic" styrene note like most widely available. Ours is uniquely steam-distilled from the resin/gum of less common Liquidambar formosana trees. This is not a thick resinoid product or hexane derived absolute. It is an easy to use thin liquid essential oil. Perfect in natural perfumery, very fragrant. Warm Cinnamon and maple vanilla wrapped in ambery benzoin like base notes. Airy and light yet tenacious and long lasting. Good fixative. Truly unique. Also an aromatherapy when used sparingly. The best we have ever sampled and the first we've enjoyed enough to offer!
