Our organic Blue Lotus Absolute Oil was made with a high standard extraction technique from the blossoms of Nymphaea caerulea, producing the best quality absolute. This oil has an extremely complex candy earthy floral scent and is completely organic. It comes from a small farm in Sri Lanka in extremely limited quantities. Quite possibly our favorite extraction of Blue Lotus flowers that we have ever encountered. The scent of Blue Lotus makes a very sensual perfume all on its own as well as enhancing many other botanicals.

Be sure to use 0.5-2% dilution in carrier oil for massage, or just 1 or 2 drops in the bath for a euphoric experience.
A note on absolutes: Absolutes are highly concentrated aromatic materials. Their aroma is best observed in alcohol or carrier oil. Try diluting into one of our premium carrier oils or into alcohol at 5%, 10% or 20% and see how the scent will subtley change.
